With three Super Bowl ads under its belt, Teleflora is officially a Super Bowl advertising veteran. The self-described “world’s leading flower delivery service” will return for a fourth year, according to an announcement this week that the company has purchased a 30-second spot in the game’s second quarter.
The ad, described in a Teleflora press release as “both romantic and alluring,” will feature Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima (screenshot above). The appropriately timed spot will highlight the company’s XOXO Bouquet from its 2012 Valentine’s Day collection.
The ad will mark the year’s second Super Bowl appearance for Lima, who will also make a cameo for Kia. This double duty marks the first time in recent memory (mine, at least) that a celebrity has made appearances in spots for two different companies in the same Super Bowl.
